We co-operate with several coach companies throughout Germany, this enables us to have coaches available which are from the area of arrival. We only work with companies where we know that they have modern coaches, that the drivers are reliable and friendly, able to converse in foreign languages, and that they pay particular attention to the cleanliness of their coaches.

High expectations are placed on the chauffeur driven vehicles and the chauffeur. We are happy to provide the guests with the make of vehicle they would prefer. We often suggest using mini-vans so that during city tours all passengers are able to get a good view out of the windows. The drivers are selected according to the language spoken by the guests, they are particularly experienced with handling VIP guests. They are also capable of carrying out city tours if the group doesn’t wish to engage an extra guide.

When no hostess or tour guide has been requested by the guests, the driver can greet the guests on their arrival, by awaiting them (holding a sign) at the arrivals hall in the airport.
