You probably know the usual half-board meals offered by some of the larger hotels (consisting of soup, chicken breast with 3 potatoes and 2 stems of broccoli, followed by pudding). Your clients don’t have to be served such meals. We consider it important that the portions are large enough, and that the food tastes good. For youth or school groups we choose value for money menus, but also ensure that there’s enough on the plates to fill them up. Young people especially can be quite picky when it comes to food, so it’s also important to put together an appropriate choice of meals, with enough variety so that it doesn’t become boring after a couple of days.
Should members of your groups have special wishes (e.g. vegetarians or special diets, allergies, etc.) we notify the restaurant beforehand so that an alternative can be offered. It is not only our aim but also the aim of the restaurant to ensure that every meal is enjoyed by every guest.
We see the mealtimes as special programme highlights and therefore select for each occasion special restaurants. This individual approach is most appreciated by our customers. The restaurants are chosen depending on a variety of criteria, e.g. the location, the ambient or décor, or because of the special cuisine.
We provide you with one or several menu suggestions, depending on your request. We take into account whether your group will be wanting a 3, 4, 5 or more course meal. The beverages can be either pre-ordered and paid in one lump sum, or ordered during the meal and the invoicing done at a later date. Alternatively, the group can of course order and pay for the drinks themselves.
For groups wishing to hold a banquet, we can organize flower decorations, candles, table and menu cards as well as the music.
